Jan Spiegel has worked over thirty years for small, medium and large businesses as either the Accounting Manager or Controller. Her experience also includes seven years in public accounting. She grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and developed an appreciation of accounting while in high school. Jan worked in the cash/accounting offices of local retail companies while putting herself through college at the University of Illinois in pursuit of her Bachelor’s degree in accounting. She has lived in the Philadelphia area for the past 37 years with her family.
The firm was initially created to fill the need of small business owners who were looking for professional bookkeeping services at an affordable price without the added expense of a full time employee. Shortly after beginning to provide these business services; a critical societal need became evident, elder care assistance and bookkeeping.
